Introduction of herbal tea

Herbal tea is a health drink made from flower buds, petals, or leaves and flower by harvesting, drying, and processing. How to Use?

Herbal tea is usually brewed with covered glasses, porcelain cups, or porcelain pots for 2-5 minutes, to release the unique aroma of active ingredients and flowers before drinking. But it is not suitable to drink with purple sand pots. Herbal tea is a kind of non-fermented tea, and it is mainly made of young, unpolluted buds and petals. When brewing, the water temperature should not be too high, and the water temperature should be 80-90 °C. Brewing herbal tea is also not suitable for using a thermos cup, because the multivitamin and aromatic substances contained in herbal tea will be quickly destroyed and reduced under high temperature and constant temperature conditions, and the resulting herbal tea will become darker in color and astringent in taste. In addition, in the process of brewing, pots and cups should be sealed to minimize the loss of aroma.Herbal tea is suitable for drinking, don’t add milk, no or less sugar, can add a small amount of honey to maintain the natural flavor.

 

Storage:

Herbal tea ,because of its rich nutrition, aromatic nose, easy to be worm-eaten or damp.First, the packing is sealed to prevent the fragrance from being emitted; Secondly, it should be placed in a cool and dry place to avoid direct sunlight and prevent light, moisture and temperature from spoiling and discoloration of herbal tea. The shelf life of herbal tea is generally 2 years and the shelf life is 1 year.
