Common Name: Organic Potato Starch
Potato is a cereal with certain economic and nutritional value. It grows mainly in the sandy soil zone with strong light, large temperature difference between day and night and cool climate around 40°N latitude. Potato starch is made from potatoes, including potato skins, which are cooked, dried and finely ground, and it can be used as a thickening agent.
The protein in potatoes is better than soybeans and is closest to animal protein. Potatoes are also rich in lysine and tryptophan, which are incomparable to ordinary grains. Potatoes are also a food rich in potassium, zinc and iron. The potassium it contains can prevent cerebral blood vessel rupture. It contains 10 times more protein and vitamin C than apples, and much more vitamin B1, B2, iron and phosphorus than apples.
