Ginseng root is popular medicinal herb in China, Japan, Korea, United States, one of the nature’s great gifts to human. As the popular herbal supplement that has been used for thousands of years to increase energy and boost the immune system. There are many different ways to consume ginseng. You can prepare fresh ginseng by brewing, infusing, or steaming a fresh root at home. You can also dry your own roots at home for later use. 1.Extract the active ingredient for the medecine and Nutritional supplement:
Ginsenoside Rb1, Ginsenoside Rb2 ,Ginsenoside Rb3, Ginsenoside Rg1, Ginsenoside Rg2, Ginsenoside Rg3 , Polysaccharides
2.The whole ginseng root and ginseng tea cut ,slices are used for cooking ,be eaten or chewing on directly.
(1) Ginseng Chicken soup : Ingredients: fresh chicken, 5slices ginseng root and 1 spoon salt , green onion and ginger slice
(2) Ginseng tea : Making the ginseng tea, 4-5 slices ginseng root is required ,then put into the hot water for 5 minutes, if along with the 10 g Gojiberry and 5g chrysanthemum will be better. Brew tea. All you need is a teapot, strainer, and a fresh or dried root. Slice the root thinly. You will need three slices per cup of tea. Boil water before removing it from the heat.
You can add the slices to the directly to the pot or place the slices in a tea strainer. Pour the hot water over the strainer. Steep for five minutes before removing the ginseng. Stir in a little honey if you want a sweeter tea with all of the same health benefits.
3.Ginseng powder without any other additive. Just grind the ginseng root to powder and put into the hot water to drink.
